Pumpkin Pie 🥧

I love baking, and the holidays are always a MAJOR excuse for me to feed my monster. I just finished making pumpkin pie, which I make every thanksgiving. I always loved Paula Deen’s recipe, which is not only delicious, but super easy, too! It has cream cheese in it, and despite the rich ingredients, it has a light, fluffy taste, which is perfect after a huge meal. Notes of cinnamon and ginger compliment the flavors perfectly, but please remember a little ginger goes a looooonnnnggg way (1/4 tsp.).
