New Year, New Book Review

Hi, everyone! I am back from a much needed break, and I am ready for a brand new year full of new possibilities! Let's make '22 awesome, y'all! I wanted to start off the new year with a brand new book review.

While this book isn't brand new, it was brand new to me. I read it last month because I was in the mood for something "Christmas-y" and festive, and this read truly met my needs!

"The Christmas Train" is written by David Baldacci, and it features two young people buried in their work, travelling a train for Christmas (literally) across the country. They are both lost souls looking for love. The twist? These two had a past together? Why did they get away? How, of all places, are they on the same train together? Will they pick up where they left off (in each other's arms), or will the awkwardness take over and tempers flare? Read to find out! If you like mystery and romance, this is the book for you! I also love how a professional review described it as having that "classic" tone to it- like an old-Hollywood movie! Eeeek!!!! I can't get enough!

Happy New Year, friends! As I saw on a funny meme earlier this week, "may the only thing negative this year be your COVID tests" (Yikes!) Stay safe, everyone! Love, Amy
